4. Winner Selection

  • Winners are selected at random or by criteria stated in the Contest description.

  • All decisions regarding winner selection are final and non‑negotiable.

  • We reserve the right to disqualify entries that violate these Rules or appear fraudulent.

 

5. Winner Notification

  • Winners may be notified by email and/or SMS text message.

  • Standard carrier fees may apply; all SMS‑related costs are the participant’s responsibility.

  • Winners have 10 days from the time notification is sent to acknowledge and confirm acceptance of the prize.

  • Failure to confirm within 10 days results in automatic forfeiture of the prize.

 

6. Prize Delivery

  • Prizes will be shipped to the name and address provided during registration.

  • A tracking number will be provided so winners can monitor delivery.

  • Once a prize is shipped, our responsibility ends.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged shipments.

  • We do not replace or compensate for lost or damaged prizes.

 

7. Prize Restrictions

We do not offer prizes that fall into any of the following categories:

  • Weapons or items reasonably considered weapons

  • Illegal items under U.S. law

  • Adult or sexually explicit items

  • Food items of any kind (though gift cards to restaurants are permitted)

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Political or religious items, including items that promote or oppose any ideology, candidate, or belief system

  • Medical devices, prescription medications, over‑the‑counter drugs, supplements, or health‑treatment products

  • Tobacco, nicotine, vaping devices, or related products

All prize selections are curated with safety, legality, neutrality, and broad member suitability in mind.

 

8. Prize Condition & Returns

  • Prizes cannot be returned, exchanged, or substituted for any reason.

  • If a prize does not fit, differs in color, or is not to your personal preference, it cannot be returned or replaced.

  • Once delivered, the prize becomes your property to use, gift, donate, or sell as you choose.

 

9. Taxes

  • Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving a prize.

  • If required by law, winners may need to complete IRS Form W‑9 before receiving a prize.

  • We may issue a Form 1099‑MISC as required.

 

10. Publicity

By entering, you grant us permission to use your first name, last initial, city, and state for winner announcements, unless prohibited by law.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Technical failures

  • Lost, late, or misdirected entries

  • Unauthorized access to your data

  • Shipping issues
